{How put a button on your blog}

The purpose of a button?
To show that you follow a particular blog, to advertise, to use as a link to the blog you love!

So here's my button I designed today ready for sharing with all the
good people of blogland!


Here's how to...


To the right of this page you will see my button and a text box underneath it!
Simple copy that text in the box by highlighting it and right clicking, then copy!
(you can either save this in a word document just in case you lose the link)

On your blog, go to your "Design" tab, click on "Add a Gadget" and then select "HTML/Java Script" and paste your text from my button in the Content area.
You can give it a Title if you like also.

Then save and move it to where you want it on your blog!

and you are done!

OR

You can simply right click on the picture, save it on your computer
again go to your "Design" tab, click on "Add a Gadget" and then select "add a picture"

and add a link to it by selecting the Link button
(looks like a world with a link on top of it)
Just on your tool bar there...

You would simply type in the pop up box http://www.melanywithay.blogspot.com
and save! Your picture is now a link and you can place it on your side bar!
